Baltic is a leading player in marine safety and develops products that make life on the water safer. We are now looking for a Customer Service Representative who wants to help develop our customer experience and grow with us.

About the role

As a Customer Service Representative, you are a key contact person for our retailers in the marine and sports trade, professional customers, as well as our own sales channels (B2B/B2C). You are responsible for providing fast, professional, and solution-oriented service, as well as ensuring smooth order processing from start to finish.

You will work closely with colleagues in sales, warehousing, logistics, and purchasing to create a first-class customer experience.

Your responsibilities

  • Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and business systems
  • Register, administer, and follow up on customer orders and deliveries
  • Provide product advice and help customers find the right solutions
  • Handle complaints, returns, and warranty cases

Your profile

You are passionate about providing excellent service and thrive in a role where you can build long-term customer relationships. You are structured, detail-oriented, and have the ability to remain calm even when the pace is fast. As a person, you are positive, engaged, and enjoy working together with others towards common goals.

Experience from the marine industry or working with technical products is considered an asset. Knowledge of marine safety products, understanding of logistics and order flows, experience working in the Monitor business system, and experience in customer service for consumer products are also seen as merits. All these experiences and skills are a plus, but not a requirement.

Qualifications

  • High school education in fields such as economics, administration, or similar
  • Experience in customer service or order handling, preferably within B2B
  • Very good proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
  • A driver's license and a car are required to commute to the workplace

We expect you to have good IT skills and very good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Teams, as well as experience working in business systems.

Baltic is undergoing modernization, and digital development is very important. The company aims to run a modern and innovative customer service, which is why your knowledge of digitalization and development is highly valued by Baltic.

You will be offered employment with Baltic AB, starting immediately or as agreed.

Note: Due to summer holidays, response times to candidates may take slightly longer during weeks 28–32. Our recruitment process continues during this period, but response times may be somewhat longer than usual. Thank you for your patience and understanding!
