You will be working with all typical tasks found in a retail store, such as:

• Working at the checkout
• Stocking shelves and fronting
• Building displays on the sales floor and endcaps
• Working with shrinkage and waste reduction
• Conducting self-checks
• Maintaining cleanliness and tidiness in the store

Together with your colleagues, you become the face of the store, and for you, the customer is always number one. You have an easy time building long-term customer relationships and have the ability to inspire customers to shop with joy. You enjoy being on the move and working physically. The work in a store offers a varied pace, sometimes fast, and it is important that you feel confident handling stressful situations. In addition to regular store duties, you will also share responsibility for fresh produce.

Previous experience from working in the grocery retail industry is highly meritorious, but personal suitability is equally important to us at Coop.

The position is a fixed-term contract for 25 hours/week. The position starts immediately or as agreed. The initial term is 6 months with the possibility of extension. There is also the possibility of extra hours beyond the base employment. Recruitment is ongoing, and the position may be filled before the application deadline.
