Job Description
On behalf of Ziklo Bank, we are now looking for engaged customer service representatives with experience in service and customer contact who are passionate about achieving high customer satisfaction. Are you a recent graduate looking to enter the banking world, or do you have customer service experience and are looking for your next challenge?

You will be part of a team of dedicated and knowledgeable colleagues who strive together to achieve good results. The position begins with an introduction to create the best possible conditions for you to succeed in your role. We are looking for someone who is responsible, humble, and meticulous. It is also important that you are a team player who is engaged in your work. Working hours are during the day, on weekdays. The start date for the position is August 12. As a consultant, you will be employed by Amendo and hired out to our client.

Responsibilities
- Be helpful and provide the best possible service in phone conversations with the company's customers, partners, and dealers.
- Administrative tasks regarding customer cases.
- Handle various cases such as invoice inquiries, car financing, and credits, as well as provide guidance in the app and digital wallets.
- Create added value for customers by offering additional services to deliver an even better experience and service.

Qualifications and Skills
We are looking for someone who:
- Has completed upper secondary education.
- Has fluent Swedish and English language skills in both speech and writing.
- Has good knowledge of the MS Office package.
- Has previous experience in a service-oriented role, preferably within customer service.

You are self-reliant in your work while also being a team player, wanting to contribute to spreading good energy, and motivated by working in a goal-oriented business. As a person, you are empathetic, positive, flexible, and respectful in your interactions with both customers and colleagues.

It is an advantage if:
- You have experience in sales.
- You have experience working with service related to financial products and services.
- You have completed post-secondary education related to economics.
