We are looking for an engaged business developer with a focus on the Church in Skaraborg and regional culture in Western Sweden. The location is Skövde.

Responsibilities

As a business developer here, you are responsible for developing and coordinating adult education activities within the Church in Skaraborg and regional culture in Western Sweden, in accordance with Sensus and state guidelines. You build and maintain relationships with parishes, cultural actors, and associations, and supervise groups and circle leaders.

Administration is an important part of the assignment. This means that you continuously plan, budget, follow up, and document the activities in a structured manner.

You are part of a base team located in Skövde and work in close collaboration with colleagues within and outside your team – locally, regionally, and nationally. In Sensus's new organization, work is organized based on tasks and needs, which means that you contribute to a whole that is larger than your own area of responsibility.

We are looking for you who

• have experience from the Church, culture, adult education, or civil society
• are relationship-building, communicative, and skilled at building collaborations
• have the ability to drive multiple processes in parallel and prioritize effectively
• enjoy working independently as well as in close collaboration with colleagues
• have experience with Sensus's profile areas, e.g., life questions or norm awareness
• have pedagogical experience and good administrative skills
• are proactive, goal-oriented, and open to learning new things

Qualifications

• relevant post-secondary education or other equivalent education
• documented pedagogical experience
• Class B driver's license

• experience in planning and arranging cultural events
• knowledge and experience in working with democracy and rights issues
• experience working in project form from idea to completion

About the position

Permanent employment with a six-month probation period, full-time. Location Skövde. Goal-oriented working hours – evenings, weekends, and travel are included. Collective agreement via Fremia and Unionen. Benefits: wellness allowance and wellness hour.
