About the Role

As a store employee, you will be the face of the store and a central part of the customer experience. You will assist customers, work with sales, and ensure that the store is well-organized, inspiring, and welcoming. What does it mean to have Asian language skills in daily work?

To provide the best possible service to the store's customer base and ensure that all customers are greeted in their own language, you need to be able to:

• Swedish fluently in both speech and writing.
• An Asian language, for example Mandarin, Cantonese, or Vietnamese.

This requirement stems from the business's customer base and the experience we strive to create in our stores. To meet customers in a safe, pleasant, and communicative way, we are therefore looking for colleagues who can receive, guide, and demonstrate products in a way that feels natural to our customers. Language skills are not limiting – they are a support that allows you to contribute to more personalized service and a customer experience that feels both inclusive and professional.

Desirable Qualifications

In addition to the language requirements, we would appreciate it if you had experiences that allow you to quickly become a secure and natural part of the store's daily routine.

If you have previously worked in retail, sales, or a service-oriented role, it shows that you are accustomed to meeting customers, handling questions, and creating a positive experience – something that is central to this position.

Experience with cashier work is a big plus. The checkout is an important part of the customer flow, and familiarity with POS systems allows you to work efficiently, reduce waiting times, and contribute to a smooth and professional customer experience. It also gives you confidence in taking responsibility during periods of high tempo.

English is also desirable. The store meets customers from many different language backgrounds, and English often serves as a common language when neither Swedish nor Asian languages suffice. This allows you to help more customers and contribute to an inclusive and welcoming environment.
