As Store Kitchen Manager, you will help take our store kitchen to the next level. You will have a leading role and be one of the store's faces to the outside world, professionally ensuring our customers receive the best service. Our Store Kitchen is one of the store's pride points and, together with our other fresh goods, forms the heart of the store. You, as the department manager, will have great responsibility to create a vibrant store together with your colleagues that constantly exceeds our customers' expectations. We aim high and constantly try to develop ourselves to become better, both regarding our processes and our assortment. Therefore, we are looking for a manager with high energy levels who will elevate an already good and well-functioning department.
In your role, you will have varied tasks such as serving customers at the store's manual counters, preparing sandwiches and lunches, and being responsible for purchasing, sales, and self-control in the department. You will possess top expertise in the area and ensure that the development and operation of the departments take place in an efficient and professional manner.
It is important that you have a sense for trends and new products to maximize sales in combination with our customers' unique wishes. We see that you have education or equivalent experience within the profession, and if you also have previous experience working with fresh goods in a store, it is highly meritorious.
In your role as responsible for the bakery, in addition to regular duties, you will:
- Plan and be responsible for purchasing
- Work actively with physical destruction and shrinkage/waste
- Follow up on sales against budget
- Lead the staff in the department
You will possess top expertise in the area and ensure that the development and operation of the departments take place in an efficient and professional manner.
The advertisement applies to a permanent position of 38.25 hours/week with start date upon agreement. Working hours vary and are scheduled throughout all days of the week. Recruitment is ongoing, and the positions may be filled before the last application date. We apply a probationary period.

- Previous experience from retail or grocery trade is highly meritorious
- Education and/or good experience from working in a store kitchen is a requirement
- Completed upper secondary education is a requirement
- Good knowledge of the Swedish language, in speech and writing, is a requirement
- 18 years of age is a requirement as work is performed with age-regulated equipment
