What does the role offer?

As a meeting scheduler at Soolar, you play a key role in the company's continued growth. You work with contacting both cold and warm leads via phone, conducting an initial needs analysis, and booking high-quality advisory meetings for the company's experienced salespeople. The role suits you who thrive on customer contact, high tempo, and working towards clear goals.

You become part of an engaged sales team where you receive a thorough introduction, ongoing coaching, and good opportunities to develop within sales. Previous experience in sales or appointment setting is meritorious, but not a requirement - the most important thing is that you have strong drive, a positive attitude, and the desire to develop. Specific work tasks:

  • Contact new private customers via phone.
  • Create interest in Soolar's energy and solar cell solutions.
  • Conduct an initial needs analysis based on the customer's conditions.
  • Book advisory meetings for the company's salespeople.
  • Document customer dialogues in the CRM system.
  • Work towards set goals and contribute to the team's joint results.
