We have our headquarters in Vansbro, but most of our employees are based in our modern and pleasant premises in Västra Frölunda. We currently have 21 employees, with ambitions to grow in terms of staff numbers, product range, revenue, and geography. Your new role: You will be responsible for continuing to build our brand SIOX, a control system for fire protection in ventilation. This vital control system helps our customers effectively manage fire dampers in their buildings – while simultaneously optimizing costs through smart control and building automation. What does managing fire dampers entail? You might wonder. You will soon be much more knowledgeable, but let us give you a quick onboarding: The system monitors and prevents smoke from spreading during fires and is a vital safety system designed to protect people from smoke-related injuries or complications. Hospitals, hotels, arenas, and skyscrapers are just a few examples of where our products are installed. Quite interesting, isn't it? Wait, there's more.

The entire Sweden is open to you, along with the colleagues you collaborate with. Your task will be to dig deep and uncover new business opportunities, identify synergies, and convince potential customers of all the advantages our systems offer. By being attuned to customers' needs and future plans, you have the ability to identify synergies and opportunities where the company's other brands and solutions can also add value. It is also in the close dialogue with customers that many of our best ideas are born. By understanding their challenges and needs, you capture valuable insights that can lead to improvements, complementary solutions, or entirely new product ideas. Back at the office, you have an engaged development team of both hardware and software developers who are eager to share your insights to continue developing products and services that make a real difference in the market.

In this independent and flexible role, you create your own structure and forward plan, where travel to customers around Sweden becomes a natural part of everyday life, and sales outside of Sweden may also become relevant. With our industry-leading products, you offer the highest quality in customer relations, follow-up, and delivery. You will collaborate closely with an engaged sales team and other colleagues with solid industry experience. Our technical support team is also nearby to assist with technical challenges. If long sales cycles, close customer contact, control, building automation, and the hunt for new business are your thing – then we know you will fit perfectly with us.

About you:

  • Relationship-driven and technically curious: You have a few years of sales experience and thrive in a customer-facing role. A background in electricity and technology is advantageous, and prior experience with building automation is a plus, though not a requirement.

  • Attentive and business-minded: You have a natural drive to achieve set goals and a knack for identifying new upselling opportunities.

  • A driver's license in your wallet: Required for the company car.

  • Swedish and English: Fluent in both speech and writing.
