Sales Assistant for Department Store

As a Sales Assistant at BAUHAUS, you are a key player and the face of our company towards our customers. You will work with your specific department(s) and primarily focus on the assortment available there. Your role involves acting as a consultant and selling the right products to our customers.

You will be part of a team of skilled colleagues who all strive to make the workday as good as possible for both customers and coworkers. BAUHAUS has a large, varied, and exciting assortment, which creates great variety in the work. You will enjoy working here! All age groups meet here, contributing their unique experience, which creates a wonderful dynamic.

Who are we looking for?

To succeed in the role of Sales Assistant, you need to be service-oriented and customer-focused. You are solution-oriented, flexible, and able to work independently.

We strive for a mixed age and gender distribution as well as ethnic and cultural diversity, and great importance is placed on your personal qualities. It is a bonus if you are practical-minded and have industry experience and/or have worked as a craftsman, but this is not a requirement. You must be at least 18 years old and proficient in Swedish (spoken and written) and English (spoken).

The position is permanent and part-time, with 5 hours per week.
