We are looking for a Buyer with at least two years of experience in indirect procurement, with a special focus on IT software and HR services. In this role, you will be responsible for procurement within one or two of our main categories in indirect procurement and work in an international environment with suppliers and stakeholders across Europe.

The position is a full-time consultancy assignment starting on October 1, 2026, and lasting for 10-12 months.

About the Role

As a Buyer, you will among other things:

• Be responsible for procuring services within Europe for one or two main categories in indirect procurement.
• Manage and develop the supplier base within your categories and lead negotiations across multiple markets using modern e-sourcing tools and methods.
• Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives and drive RFQ processes directly in the Ariba procurement system.
• Ensure that contracts with preferred suppliers are utilized to maximize business value and adhere to the company's procurement strategy.
• Gather and analyze spend and price data to identify negotiation opportunities based on company, category, and market data.
• Work closely with operational and global procurement teams to ensure the implementation of global programs and initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to consolidate procurement volumes and regularly review procurement channels for local categories.
• Contribute to the development and efficiency of internal processes and systems, and escalate supplier-related issues to Category Management and system/process issues to Procurement Excellence to drive continuous improvements.

The position is located at the office in Mölndal.

We are looking for you who

• Have at least two years of experience in indirect procurement, preferably within IT software and HR services.
• Are accustomed to working with several procurement categories simultaneously.
• Are self-motivated, responsible, and have a solution-oriented approach to work.
• Thrive in an international environment and preferably have experience from global companies or similar industries.
• Have strong analytical skills and experience in negotiations and supplier management.
• Experience with Ariba or other e-sourcing tools is a plus.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
