VTEX & Events plans and executes customer events and visits at our Customer Experience Center in Torslanda, VTEX.

We are now looking for an Administrative Coordinator for a full-time consulting assignment to cover for us during the period of August 10 to October 9, 2026.

As an Administrative Coordinator within Event Management, you are responsible for planning, coordinating, and supporting the execution of customer events and visits. The role involves both administrative and coordinating tasks where you ensure that every activity is carried out in a professional and well-organized manner.

The work includes among other things:

• Planning and coordination of customer events and visits.
• Administrative support before, during, and after events.
• Coordination of creative, technical, and logistical aspects of the activities.
• Communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensuring that events are executed according to plan and with high quality.

We are looking for someone who thrives on handling multiple tasks simultaneously and has a solution-oriented approach. You are structured, service-oriented, have strong administrative skills, and the ability to work independently. We see that you:

• Have approximately 2–5 years of relevant work experience in event coordination or similar roles.
• Fluently speak and write both Swedish and English.
• Have good system proficiency.

If you have education in marketing/events or equivalent, we consider this a merit.
