Recently, we have expanded our operations to include the purchase and sale of used mobile phones, which will become a significant part of the role moving forward.

As an employee at Fix My Phone, you will meet our customers daily and serve as the face of the company. This role requires high social competence, responsibility, and a strong drive for sales.

We are now looking for new employees for our stores in Borås. You will be the face of Fix My Phone. Through your advice and sales expertise, you will work together with the customer to identify what needs to be addressed on their mobile phones or tablets. You will then perform the repairs and follow up with the customer upon case completion, while simultaneously working on upselling accessories and other products. It is crucial to meet all customer needs, both stated and hidden. We strive for a more sustainable future for both the customer and the world at large, which is why it is important for us to ensure customers have the right accessories and protection for their phones after repairs to prevent future mishaps. It is your task to sell these to the customer!

All new employees undergo training where we teach you how to repair various devices, handle the cash register, and receive regular training in sales techniques and customer service.

We are looking for you who have a strong work ethic, problem-solving skills, and genuine drive. You are responsible and value order and structure, for your sake and that of others.

Previous experience in sales and roles requiring dexterity are considered meritorious.

Salary: 20,000 – 50,000 SEK per month

Additional compensation beyond base hourly wage:
