Recently, we have expanded our operations to include the buying and selling of used mobile phones, which will become a significant part of our future work.

As an employee at Fix My Phone, you will be the face of the company, meeting our customers daily. This role requires high social competence, responsibility, and a strong drive for sales.

We are now looking for new team members for our store in Alingsås. You will be the face of Fix My Phone. Through your advice and sales expertise, you will work with customers to identify what needs to be done with their mobile phones or tablets. You will then repair the device and follow up with the customer upon completion of the case. Simultaneously, you will engage in upselling accessories and other products. It is crucial that you address all customer needs, both stated and hidden. We work towards a more sustainable future for both the customer and the world, which is why we ensure that customers receive the right accessories and protection for their phones after a repair to prevent future accidents. It is your task to sell these items to the customer.

All new employees undergo comprehensive training where we teach you how to repair various devices, handle the cash register, and receive regular training in sales techniques and customer service.

We are looking for someone with high work ethic, problem-solving skills, and genuine drive. You are responsible and value order and structure, for your own sake and for others.

Previous experience in sales and roles requiring dexterity are considered meritorious.

Salary: 20,000 – 50,000 SEK per month
