Do you have previous experience with procurement in the public sector? Do you have good knowledge of the Public Procurement Act as well as the regulations that apply to purchases/orders on framework agreements? Then we have a mission for you! Our client within the university world in Gothenburg is currently looking for a procurement specialist to support them during the autumn.

As a procurement specialist, you will be one of the company's experts in purchasing matters and lead and support the business towards sustainable and efficient purchasing. The work is carried out in close collaboration with administrators, managers, and buyers.

The tasks include:

• Providing guidance on issues related to procurement and contracts
• Collaborating with departments, faculties, and other units within the university
• Promoting purchases that are sustainable, efficient, and business-minded
• Conducting internal training
• Coordinating and managing several different procurement processes and projects simultaneously

This is a consulting assignment where you work between July 20-24 and then have vacation until August 10. The position will then continue until 2026-12-20. Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in purchasing/procurement or a university degree in economics.
• Good knowledge of the Public Procurement Act (LOU) and the regulations that apply to purchases/orders on framework agreements.
• At least 1 year of experience working with purchasing/procurement in public operations.
• Experience of independent work within the purchasing/procurement field.
• Ability to communicate fluently in Swedish, both orally and in writing.
