We are looking for you who are responsible, proactive, and meticulous. Attention to detail is one of the most important competencies to ensure our online customers are satisfied with their deliveries of fresh and carefully selected products.

As a person, you are creative and happy to offer suggestions and ideas, and you find it easy to work in a team. You have an eye for detail and the commitment to create a welcoming, sales-driven, and inspiring store environment. You are driven by challenges, see opportunities, and have the desire to constantly develop and improve both the business and yourself.

Your main tasks will be within Team Pick as well as Online/Loose Weight Candy. The work focuses on our motto: "Full, fresh, and well-presented." We expect you to thrive in a fast-paced environment and feel confident handling stressful situations.

Together with your colleagues, you will be the face of the store, and for you, the customer is always number one. You have a knack for building long-term customer relationships and possess the ability to inspire customers to shop with joy. You enjoy being on the move and working physically.

Previous experience from a grocery store is highly advantageous, and even more so if you have experience working with e-commerce/online retail. Personal suitability is just as important to us at Coop.

The position is a permanent part-time employment (30 hours/week). Start date is by agreement. Recruitment is ongoing, and the position may be filled before the application deadline. We apply a probationary period.

• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, is required.
• Completed upper secondary education is required.
• Previous experience from retail or grocery trade is advantageous.
• Previous experience from Team Pick and Online is highly advantageous.
