About the role
As an administrator with us, you will have a varied role where you are an important support for both the business and your colleagues. You will work with financial and payroll administration while maintaining daily contact with our installers, department managers, and other employees. No two days are alike – and that is exactly what makes the job so enjoyable.
Your responsibilities
In this role, you will, among other things, work with:
- Invoicing and customer accounts
- Processing supplier invoices
- Registration of work orders
- Payroll administration
- Economic follow-up/reporting
- Monitoring of customer receivables and payments
- Support to the business regarding financial matters

Who are you?
We are looking for you who have an education in economics and experience in financial, personnel, and payroll administration.
It is an advantage if you have:
- Experience with the economic system Agresso
- Experience from the installation or construction industry
We also expect you to have good computer skills.
