This is a consultancy position with good opportunities for permanent employment. The company has a presence in many locations in the Nordic countries and Sweden. In Sweden, approximately 450 employees work, with around 200 at the office in Gothenburg. Intrum’s workplace features a family-like and goal-oriented atmosphere. In Gothenburg, they are located in newly renovated, stylish premises in a central location with good transport links.

We are now looking for someone who wants to be part of the DS General team in Gothenburg, where work is characterized by collaboration, personal responsibility, and a shared focus on quality and improvement. Here, you work closely with your colleagues and continuously monitor goals and results, while also developing working methods and processes.

Responsibilities

As a Collector within DS General, you will primarily handle administrative tasks related to the post-collection of debts up to 50,000 SEK. You will have daily contact with customers and end customers through digital channels and work in the Nova DS system.

The role also involves collaboration with internal functions as well as external parties such as authorities, where the Swedish Enforcement Authority (Kronofogden) is a central contact. You will handle cases related to bankruptcy, estates of deceased persons, and debt adjustment, and work continuously with emails, physical mail, and incoming cases via the team's scanning flow.

The work takes place in close cooperation with your team, where you together plan and prioritize daily work based on set goals. You have personal responsibility for your cases, while you jointly monitor results and contribute to the improvement of working methods.

  • Process cases within post-collection and debt management
  • Administrative handling towards the Swedish Enforcement Authority, customers, and end customers
  • Handle bankruptcy, estate, and debt adjustment cases
  • Work with emails, physical mail, and cases in the scanning flow
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external authorities

Education, Experience, and Personal Traits

  • Experience with administrative tasks
  • Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
  • Experience working towards set goals
  • Good computer and system skills
  • Advantageous with experience in debt collection, finance, or customer service
