Do you want to support an finance team during an exciting system change? We are now looking for a financial assistant or financial consultant with experience of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations for a consulting assignment at 50-75 %. Here you will have an important role in the daily financial work of the business and contribute both before and after the system's go-live.

Start: September 2026 or earlier by agreement
End: Initially during the system change period, with possibility of extension
Scope: 50-75 % depending on experience
Salary: 33,000 - 35,000 SEK/month

Assignment Description

On behalf of our client, we are now looking for an experienced financial assistant or financial consultant who wants to strengthen the finance function for a period. The assignment suits you who thrive with operational financial work and who can quickly take responsibility for ongoing tasks in a business where quality, structure and cooperation are important.

You will be an important part of the daily work in the finance team and contribute support within several parts of the financial process. The tasks include, among other things, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payments, bank reconciliations, ongoing bookkeeping and account reconciliations. The role also includes contact with suppliers, handling of reminders and interest invoices, as well as work with liquidity forecasts and currency needs.

As part of the business, you will also work in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and contribute your system knowledge in connection with the business's new ways of working. You are expected to be able to work independently in the system and support other users if needed.

You will become part of a smaller finance team where close cooperation, personal responsibility and a flat hierarchy working style are highly valued.

Who is suitable for the assignment?

We are looking for you who have a few years of experience in qualified financial assistant work and who are used to working broadly within the finance function. You have experience of accounts payable/receivable, payments, reconciliation work and ongoing bookkeeping and feel confident in quickly taking on operational tasks.

A requirement for the assignment is that you have previously worked in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. You should be experienced enough in the system to be able to contribute directly to the business.

Requirements:

• Experience of working in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
• Experience of accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Experience of ongoing bookkeeping and reconciliations
• Experience of payments and bank reconciliations
• Upper secondary or post-secondary education in finance/economics
• Very good Swedish in speech and writing
• Basic English in speech and writing
