To our rental stations in Gothenburg (Landvetter Airport & Central Station), we are now looking for several service-oriented Car Rental Agents/Car Care Associates (CSR/Hiker) who want to contribute to a smooth and memorable customer experience – every day.

We are looking for you who want to work full-time with immediate start, but also for you who want to work part-time/on-call as needed. Working hours vary every day of the week between 06:00–23:00, as flexibility is crucial to meet our customers' needs.

About the role

As a Car Rental Agent/Car Care Associate, you play a central role in the customer's overall experience, from first contact to the return of the car. Your mission is to create a safe, smooth, and positive rental process where both service and quality are in focus.

You will help the customer through their car rental, such as:

• Handling bookings and customer inquiries via phone, email, and over the counter
• Renting out cars and drawing up rental agreements
• Cleaning, finishing, and quality-assuring vehicles as well as handling minor damages
• Car delivery & daily planning of the station's available fleet

Perhaps you have previously worked in service, sales, hotel, restaurant, retail, or transport. A requirement for the position is a Category B driver's license, as well as a good command of Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Furthermore, we believe you are an administrative star who has a knack for learning new systems.
