About the role

You will become part of an engaged accounting team responsible for year-end closing, ongoing accounting, and financial reporting for several companies within the group. The team works closely together and is characterized by an egalitarian collaboration where colleagues help each other when needed.

The role follows a clear monthly cycle where the first part of the month focuses on closing, reconciliations, and reporting, while the latter part allows for development work, improvement initiatives, and projects. You will have the opportunity to work with accounting and tax issues in an international environment and contribute to developing both processes and ways of working.

Your main responsibilities:

• Responsible for parts of the monthly and annual closing
• Perform reconciliations and ongoing accounting
• Work with reporting, analysis, and result follow-up
• Handle accounting, VAT, and tax issues in an international environment
• Participate in the development and efficiency improvement of financial processes
• Collaborate closely with other finance functions to ensure high quality in accounting

We see that you have:

• Post-secondary education in economics
• At least 3 years of experience in qualified accounting
• Experience with closing work and financial reporting
• Good system proficiency and an interest in digitalization and process development
• Very good skills in Excel
• Fluent Swedish and English in speech and writing

It is an advantage if you have:

• Experience in international accounting
• Experience with VAT and tax issues
• Experience from larger companies or group environments
