We are now looking for a Project Controller for Keller Foundation in Kungsbacka. Here you will work with project accounting, economic follow-up, and closing work in a business where many projects are run in parallel. ABOUT THE ROLE: As a Project Controller, you will have a broad and varied role within project accounting and economic follow-up. You work close to the operations and support project managers and other key personnel with analyses, follow-up, and reporting to contribute to well-functioning and profitable projects. The role involves many contact surfaces where you act as an important link between the projects and the finance function. You also collaborate closely with other project controllers and are part of a team where knowledge sharing, lack of hierarchy, and collaboration are key success factors. Your tasks include among other things:

  • Project accounting and economic follow-up of several parallel projects
  • Ongoing bookkeeping and reconciliations
  • Participation in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing
  • Analysis of project results, costs, and forecasts
  • Reporting and follow-up in SAP, Excel, and Power BI
  • Support to project managers in financial matters and decision-making materials
  • Travel to project operations around Sweden as needed

YOUR PROFILE To succeed in the role, we see that you have experience in controlling, accounting, or economic follow-up within a project-driven business. You are used to handling several parallel tasks simultaneously and have a good understanding of how finance and project operations interact. We would like you to have experience with bookkeeping, closing work, and project accounting. If you have also worked with SAP, Power BI, and advanced Excel, it is highly meritorious. As a person, you are structured, analytical, and self-initiating. You thrive in a business where the pace is sometimes high and where conditions can change quickly. At the same time, you are communicative and have an easy time building trusting relationships with both colleagues and managers. You are fluent in Swedish and English in speech and writing and see travel as a natural part of the job. SUCCESS FACTORS

  • Experience in controlling, accounting, or project follow-up
  • Experience with bookkeeping, closing, and reconciliations
  • Experience from a project-driven business
  • Good knowledge of Excel
  • Experience with SAP and Power BI
  • Fluent Swedish and English in speech and writing
  • Valid driver's license (Category B)
