About the Company

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a client for an experienced accountant for a consulting assignment at a well-established company, coinciding with an ERP system change. The assignment covers approximately 50–75% and is expected to start in September, or earlier by agreement. You will become an important part of the finance function during an exciting change journey where a new business system is being implemented. Job Description

We are looking for an experienced accounting assistant or financial consultant who wants to support a finance team in connection with an ERP system change to Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. The role involves working both with preparations for the implementation and with ongoing financial work after go-live. The tasks include, among other things, testing and documentation of financial processes, work with accounts payable and receivable, invoice management, payments, bookkeeping, reconciliations, and liquidity forecasts. You will become an important part of the team and have a central role in ensuring a smooth transition to the new business system.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have experience in financial work and feel confident working independently with both accounts payable/receivable and ongoing bookkeeping. For the position, we see that you have:

• Experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
• Experience with accounts payable and receivable
• Good understanding of ongoing accounting and reconciliation work
• Good system proficiency and ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new processes
