Are you social, outgoing, and cheerful? Do you enjoy customer service and have previous experience working as a receptionist?

Then we at Uniflex are looking for you! We are looking for someone who, for example, is studying, has another part-time job, runs their own business, or similar, and who is available when regular staff is absent for various reasons. Working hours are during the day, Monday to Friday.

For this position, it is a requirement that you have an employment of over 50%.

You will work at our client's reception, located in central Gothenburg. At the client's site, you will be situated in a busy reception where visitors from all over the world come. During your workday, you will staff the reception as well as their switchboard. You will welcome external and internal visitors, assist them with their various matters, answer phones, book taxis, and always be ready to help and resolve visitors' issues.

The assignment will start immediately and continue on a permanent basis. You will also work extra during the Christmas period to cover for vacation taken by regular staff. There will also be situations where regular staff is sick or has scheduled meetings, creating a need for work.

We are looking for you who are service-minded, flexible, and unpretentious in your work. You enjoy meeting people and being the face of the company. You have previous experience in some service role and, of course, extra merit if this has been in a reception/switchboard role.

Selection is ongoing, and the position may be filled before the advertisement period has expired.
