We are now looking for two business-driven and engaged Talent Managers – one based in Borås and one in Jönköping – who want to take the lead with our key accounts and drive long-term growth together with us.

Your Role: Delivery Partner, Consulting Manager, and Business Developer

As a Talent Manager within our Delivery Center, you step right into the heart of the action. You own the collaboration with our customers and work very closely with both clients and consultants. You are not just a supplier; you are a strategic advisor who understands the customer's challenges and proactively creates solutions that make a difference to the bottom line.

At Randstad, everyone has a sales focus, but in this role, your absolute strength lies in identifying and developing growth opportunities among our existing key accounts.

You will work with:

• Business Development: You nurture and develop relationships with high-level decision-makers. By challenging, consulting, and proposing innovative staffing solutions, you ensure that we grow in tandem with the customer.

• Consultant Responsibility: As the personnel manager for our consultants, you are the leader and the safe haven for our employees working at the client site. You coach, motivate, and support them in their daily work and career development.

• Matching & Operational Excellence: You drive high-quality recruitment processes and ensure that the right skills are in place at the right time to meet the customer's production goals.

• Quality & Structure: You have overall responsibility for administration, contract compliance, and follow-up, ensuring our delivery maintains world-class standards.

Who are you?

To thrive and shine in the role of Talent Manager within the DC, we believe you are a team player with a strong winning mindset and a natural business sense. You love building long-term relationships and are driven by seeing both people and business grow.

To succeed in the role, we see that you have:

• Experience in strategic customer work: You have successful experience in B2B sales, Key Account Management, or customer responsibility in some form.

• Experience from staffing, recruitment, or personnel management in another relevant context.

• Strong prioritization skills: You navigate easily between urgent operational issues and long-term, strategic growth plans.

• A strong drive and local anchoring: You are highly committed to the business community in the Borås or Jönköping region, and you are motivated by achieving set goals.

• Language & Driver's License: You communicate fluently in Swedish and English and have a B-driver's license as you spend a lot of time out at your customers' sites.

Location and Scope

The positions are full-time and permanent (we apply a 6-month probation period). We are looking for a Talent Manager for our office in Borås and one for our office in Jönköping. Since the role relies on high presence out at our customers and consultants, your workday will be both dynamic and flexible.
