In this role, you will help create better pathways into working life for people who are far from the labor market. You will step into a facility management operation within a municipal company where inclusion, competence supply, and sustainable working conditions are central issues.

You will work closely with a group needing support, adaptation, and clear guidance in their daily work. At the same time, you will become a key link between the operation, authorities, and internal functions. The assignment combines operational supervision with coordination, leadership, and some HR support, allowing you to use both your rehabilitation expertise and your ability to create structure and momentum.

This is a role for you who want to make a concrete difference in people's establishment on the labor market while contributing to developing working methods in an operation with a clear societal focus.

• You are responsible for collaboration with the Swedish Public Employment Service, the Swedish Social Insurance Agency, social assistance, labor market, and adult education, as well as other relevant actors.
• You recruit, support, and supervise a work group within the service operation and create conditions for individuals to succeed in their work.
• You adapt tasks and working methods based on the individual's prerequisites and needs.
• You lead and distribute the daily work and provide support to mentors, managers, safety functions, and other internal parties.
• You establish routines together with the operation and contribute to structure in the work regarding employment and wage subsidies.
• You create future plans with clear direction for the time after employment, with collaboration as a central part.
• You also support selected HR processes, for example, culture-building activities and HR support based on organizational and social needs.

• Master's degree (Fil. kand.) in rehabilitation, for example as an occupational therapist.
• Experience working with the Swedish Public Employment Service, the Swedish Social Insurance Agency, and work rehabilitation.
• Experience from disability, neuropsychiatry, or a comparable area.
• Experience in a leadership position.
• Experience in managerial support with a starting point in employees with limited capacity.
• Experience in health-promoting and preventive measures in working life.

• Experience with Motivational Interviewing (MI) or similar conversational methodology.
