We are currently looking for several experienced payroll administrators for exciting assignments with a larger growing organization. The Role of Payroll AdministratorIn this role, you will handle qualified payroll management and play a key part in ensuring that the payroll process runs efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with current regulations. You will collaborate closely with both colleagues and internal clients, with a strong focus on service and quality.
Examples of ResponsibilitiesIndependently manage the entire payroll process from start to finish
Handle pensions, insurances, and other payroll-related matters
Ensure accurate data inputs prior to payroll runs
Work with quality assurance, follow-ups, and statistics
Provide support to managers and employees via phone and email
Ensure compliance with laws, collective agreements, and internal regulations
Participate in improvement work and process development
We are looking for you who are a confident and experienced payroll administrator with:
Several years of experience in independent payroll work
Good knowledge of Swedish labor law and collective agreements
Experience with HR+ and/or Medvind is preferred
Very good system proficiency and good knowledge of the Office suite
Ability to work in a structured, meticulous, and analytical manner
Strong communication skills and a service-oriented approach
Fluent Swedish in both speech and writing
Experience with larger organizations or shared service environments is considered an asset.
