Responsibilities
Do you want to work with the development and coordination of hygiene and public health issues while making a real difference in people's daily lives? We are now looking for a development manager with responsibilities within public health, basic hygiene, and food handling at FFS. Here you will have a role where you both hold things together, drive progress, and make things happen in practice.
In this role, you are responsible for developing and coordinating work regarding basic hygiene and food handling in the operations. You work closely with the operations on hygiene issues and ensure that routines are not just written, but actually work in everyday life. You will also be responsible for developing the administration's work with meeting places, planning and organizing recovery-oriented methods, and driving the implementation of the "Finger Model" within FFS.
Public health work is an important part of the role, and you will plan and carry out preventive activities that strengthen health, participation, and sustainable working methods. This is a position for you who enjoy combining structure with relationships, and who thrive best when collaborating with many different people while driving your own work forward.
We are looking for someone who can talk about hygiene routines in a pedagogical way and at the same time make people feel included, engaged, and involved.
Qualifications
You need to have education in public health equivalent to at least 180 ECTS credits or equivalent education that the employer assesses as comparable. We also see that you should have documented experience of public health work. You have also worked with implementing routines for basic hygiene and food handling in operations and feel confident in turning guidelines into functioning working methods.
It is an advantage if you have experience of recovery-oriented work for people with disabilities and are accustomed to planning, organizing, and collaborating with other administrations and operations.
As a person, you are structured without being rigid, flexible without losing direction, and communicative in a way that creates trust. You also need to like getting things in order, but understand that development work sometimes means needing to rethink, think new thoughts, and sometimes laugh a little along the way.
