Hello,

At Samtala Sverige AB, we are looking for an engaged and service-oriented individual who wants to become an important part of our team.

We operate as an external customer service function for companies, handling incoming calls on behalf of our clients and acting as their voice to the outside world. In this role, you will answer calls from their customers and provide professional service.

In addition, you will be responsible for booking meetings for our internal sales team, making the role varied and giving you a key function in our continued growth.

You will become a key contact person in the interaction between companies and their customers, where your ability to build trust and make a good first impression is crucial.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls as part of our customers' customer service
  • Provide professional and friendly service in every call
  • Assist with questions, cases, and guidance
  • Book meetings for our internal sales team
  • Ensure a smooth and positive customer experience

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is communicative and confident in phone interactions
  • Has a strong service mindset and is solution-oriented
  • Is structured and detail-oriented
  • Has good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written
  • Has previous experience in similar roles – this is a requirement
