Lindquist Heating AB is an established player in the field of bioenergy and sustainable heating solutions. The company develops, delivers, and projects heating systems for wood, pellets, chips, and hybrid solutions with commercial/industrial heat pumps. Through high technical competence and a strong customer focus, they have built a strong position on the Swedish market.
Through strategic acquisitions and continuous business development, Lindquist Heating has broadened its offering and today delivers energy-efficient and customer-adapted solutions to clients within industry, agriculture, energy companies, and the public sector across Sweden.
The company is in an expansion phase and is now looking for a Technical Salesperson who wants to help further develop the business and contribute to the company's continued growth.
Job DescriptionAs a Technical Salesperson, you will play a key role in Lindquist Heating's continued expansion. You will become the company's first dedicated salesperson and have the opportunity to help build and develop the sales operations. The role is varied and combines relationship-building sales with technical consulting. You will work with both incoming inquiries and proactive sales. The customers consist of private individuals, businesses, and public operations, which means a broad and varied customer base with different needs and prerequisites.
You will be based at the office in Sjömarken outside Borås and work in close collaboration with the company's other departments to ensure high quality and customer-adapted solutions.
ResponsibilitiesYou are an independent and business-driven person who takes responsibility for your results and thrives in a role with significant autonomy. You have good technical understanding, are accustomed to working long-term with customer relationships, and have the ability to drive deals from first contact to closing. You thrive in an entrepreneurial environment with short decision-making paths and are used to taking initiative.
RequirementsStart: According to agreement Location: Sjömarken, Borås You will also have the opportunity to participate in a 1-year sales training program with Mikael Arndt, including 25 certified courses in sales and live lectures every week. You also have the chance to participate in Sweden's largest sales event at the Oscarsteatern and a 2-day sales training course in Stockholm to develop even further as a salesperson.
