We are now looking for a Location Manager / Damage Assessor (Customer Reception) for our facility in Götene. We are looking for you who are passionate about providing the best service to our customers and constantly developing our operations. Through your engaged and professional approach, you will always make the customer feel professionally attended to.

Main Responsibilities:

• Ensure the service/repair process for our customers, regarding booking, drop-off, planning, pick-up, and follow-up.
• Plan jobs for each individual technician.
• Customer responsibility: receive bookings and answer customer inquiries via phone, web, and email.
• Keep up to date with technical information from the general agent to be able to deliver high-quality services.
• Damage assessment in Cabas and invoicing.

Who are we?

We are Meca-affiliated and work with all car brands as well as caravan and motorhome manufacturers. We have our own authorization for Fiat, Mitsubishi, Kabe, Ligier, and sub-authorization for several other car brands.

Our work group consists of technicians for caravans/cars, passenger car technicians, damage technicians, caravan painters, passenger car painters, and plastic repairers.

It is important that we maintain a high standard in our work. Therefore, we need to strengthen our team with an experienced Location Manager / Damage Assessor. We work actively with improvements, and good cohesion is important to us. We continuously train our staff as needed and offer wellness benefits.

Who are you?

You have life experience, are preferably a bit older, and enjoy working in a team. You are technically interested, responsible, and detail-oriented. You see opportunities rather than problems and get things done. You need to be structured and stress-resistant. You have a good sense of quality in executed work and are proud of your professional expertise.

Previous experience in a similar profession is meritorious.
