We are now looking for an engaged and structured inside sales representative with a focus on sales support and project management. The role is new, and you will have the opportunity to influence, develop working methods, and help shape the function moving forward!
About the role
As an inside sales representative, you work operationally and play a key role in supporting the sales process through customer contact, lead management, and administration. You work closely with business managers and internal support functions to ensure that business opportunities are handled in a structured, efficient, and process-compliant manner.
Your main responsibilities
You are responsible for managing, monitoring, and project managing tenders, as well as compiling and administering documentation for business managers. You coordinate information from internal support functions and ensure that materials are of high quality and that established deadlines are met.
The role also involves handling incoming leads and ensuring that business opportunities are progressed professionally. This includes qualifying leads, making initial customer contact via phone, and ensuring that documentation and information are complete before handover to the responsible sales function. Additionally, you will contribute to our business follow-up processes.
In addition, you will support the planning and execution of campaigns through mailings, customer contact, and follow-up.
You work with several digital systems and are responsible for keeping documentation, routines, and templates up to date.
