Pension Withdrawal Planning is an advisory service for Premium and Private Banking customers at Swedbank. The service assists customers who plan to begin pension withdrawals in the coming years. As a pension specialist, you use an advisory tool to help the customer create a individually tailored withdrawal plan. The advisory service covers all of the customer's pension assets.
At Swedbank, you have the opportunity to:• Work with Swedbank's Premium and Private Banking private customers.
• Be part of the journey as we develop tomorrow's digital pension solutions and processes.
• Work in a successful team of insurance specialists.
• Collaborate with advisors, primarily within Premium and Private Banking at Swedbank.
In this role, you need:• To hold a SwedSec license for advisors.
• To possess a Life Diploma (Livdiplom) or equivalent insurance competence.
• Have good knowledge of the pension system, taxes, and regulations related to pension withdrawals.
• Be able to work with holistic advice where the customer's economy and life situation are the focus.
• Have experience in qualified advice within savings, pensions, or insurance.
• Be confident in analyzing complex customer needs and translating them into concrete solutions.
• Have good administrative skills and experience working in digital advisory tools.
• Have very good communication skills in Swedish, both oral and written.
• Be trustworthy and relationship-building with a strong customer focus.
• Have a business drive and willingness to work towards set goals.
