💬 About the roleIn the role of customer service representative, you work with incoming calls where you help PostNord's customers with various types of inquiries, such as:
📦 Package tracking
🔍 Lost shipments
📝 Complaints
🪪 Questions regarding identification
🚚 General questions about mail, deliveries, and distribution
You analyze the customer's situation and guide them to a solution in a clear, engaged, and professional manner. This is a job where you truly make a difference, while simultaneously building valuable skills for the future 💪
⏰ Working hoursMonday–Friday: 08:00–18:15 (During certain high-volume periods, such as Black Friday weeks, opening hours may be temporarily extended, for example until 20:00.)
