About the role
As an Area Sales Representative, you are responsible for driving new business and developing customer relationships in western and southern Sweden, with a geographical responsibility covering primarily Gothenburg, Borås, Jönköping, and southwards. The preferred location is Borås, but flexibility within the region is possible depending on your base. You sell staffing and talent solutions to the Industrial segment, with a special focus on owner-managed small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).

The role is operational and close to the market. You work actively with prospecting, customer meetings, and build a stable pipeline over time. The pace is fast, activity levels are clear, and you drive your business forward independently with structure and endurance. As an ASR, you own the business from first contact to closing, and are responsible for both results, quality, and profitability.

The deals are also made in close collaboration with the delivery organization, where you together ensure that what is sold can also be delivered. This requires clarity, accountability, and business acumen throughout the process. With us, success is about working long-term, with the right deals and sustainable results.

You will primarily work with:

  • Building a pipeline through active and structured prospecting.
  • Identifying and developing business with industrial customers within the SMB segment.
  • Driving the business all the way from first contact to closing.
  • Driving quality and profitability in the business - in close collaboration with the customer, delivery team, and other internal stakeholders.
  • Working goal-oriented and developing your market over time.

Your background
