Technical Inside Sales Representative (After-Sales) at our office in Gothenburg

Roland Carlberg Processystem AB is a company with 15 employees, operating from offices in Gothenburg and Uppsala. For over 40 years, Roland Carlberg Processystem AB has held the general agency for several world-leading companies within liquid technology and powder technology. Within our product areas, we strive to be our customers' best business partner.

We are now expanding our four-person after-sales department with another skilled employee. The position is based at our office in Gothenburg.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with technical support and advice, acting as the knowledgeable and reliable link between customer and supplier.
• Handling quotations, orders, and deliveries.
• Planning and booking service interventions.
• Upselling by recommending complementary products and services.
• Cultivate and develop good customer relationships.
• Travel to both customers and suppliers may occur.

Qualifications

• As a person, you are professional, positive, and have a winning attitude.
• You have a strong interest in customer service and in building long-term relationships.
• You should have a technical education or experience and interest in technical service and customer contacts. Experience in technical sales is a plus.
• You have good knowledge of English, as communication with our suppliers is conducted in English.
