We are now looking for a new team member for our store Stora Coop Skövde. We want you, the applicant, to have good initiative and positive energy that is contagious. You see the customer's needs and deliver the industry's best customer service with pride and joy.

You have an eye for detail and the commitment to create a welcoming, sales-driven, and inspiring store. You will primarily be located on our fruit and vegetable department, but you will also work with various common tasks in the store, such as:

• Restocking products in the Fruit & Vegetable department
• Building displays on sales islands and end-caps
• Working with freshness and shrinkage control
• Conducting self-checks
• Maintaining cleanliness and tidiness in the store

Together with your colleagues, you will be the face of the store, and for you, the customer is number one. You easily build long-term customer relationships and have the ability to inspire customers to shop with joy. You enjoy being on the move and working with your body. Since the role is primarily based in the fruit and vegetable department, you must be able to handle heavy lifting. Working in a store offers varied work, sometimes at a high pace, and it is important that you feel confident handling stressful situations.

Previous experience from the grocery retail industry and working with fruit and vegetables is highly advantageous, but personal suitability is equally important to us at Coop.

The position is a permanent full-time position (38.25 hours/week) with a start date of August 17, 2026, or as agreed. We offer a probationary period. Recruitment is ongoing, and the position may be filled before the application deadline.

• Good command of Swedish in speech and writing is required
• You must be 18 years or older as you will work independently at the checkout
• Experience and competence from retail and/or other service roles are advantageous
• Previous experience working with fruit and vegetables is highly advantageous
