To our store in Gårda, we are now looking for you who want to be part of our unique mission to contribute to better public health through responsible alcohol sales. Here, service and care for people and the environment are always in focus. The position is 20% of a full-time role, and working hours may vary per week.

In your role as a sales associate

Work in the store is varied. During a workday, you will meet customers, work at the checkout, work in the warehouse, and stock our shelves. Together, we keep our premises clean and tidy.

As a sales associate, you are the face of Systembolaget. A strong sense of team spirit, high tempo, and pleasant interactions characterize our work. We learn from each other, and through development, we create results together. It is in the meeting with the customer that we become Systembolaget.

We are looking for you who

• Are of legal age (20 years or older) to serve our customers.
• Have good social skills and understand how you can contribute to a great customer experience.
• Can work varying hours, including weekdays and Saturdays, early mornings and until after closing.
• Enjoy collaborating and want to contribute to achieving our common goals.
• Have a flexible attitude, a curious mindset towards learning new things, and an interest in the opportunities created by modern digital tools.
• Have a high school or vocational education.

It is an advantage if you have experience in retail, service work, and/or food and beverage.
