Responsibilities
In this key role, you will work on selling our core assortment, launching new products, and ensuring the volume of sales cycles. The role of sales representative involves close collaboration with our customers and significant responsibility for ensuring our products reach the market with the right quality and volume. You will manage our categories of Cheese, Dairy, and Juice in stores and ensure that our distribution and sales targets are met.

In this role, you will work from home. A suitable place of residence is within the district.

As a sales representative, you are also responsible for:

• Planning and conducting customer visits, as well as following up on sales cycles according to company guidelines
• Implementing new products and ensuring the correct assortment and shelf space according to agreements and planograms
• Promoting the core and supplementary assortments
• Selling in campaigns and driving visibility in stores to increase sales
• Handling orders and ensuring stock status
• Optimizing sales through category management and continuous analysis of market needs
• Serving as an ambassador for Skånemejerier

Your Profile

• Experience in sales, preferably from the grocery retail sector or in-store
• Goal-oriented, self-driven, and structured
• Strong communication skills and a passion for building relationships
• Upper secondary education as a foundation, with relevant industry experience preferred

Additional Information
At Skånemejerier, we strive for a safe, good, and drug-free work environment.
