ICA Reklam is currently recruiting a Production Manager for our in-house agency.

We are a comprehensive communication agency currently looking for new employees for our growing operations.

Who are you?

In the role of Production Manager, you coordinate and lead assignments for all media channels. You ensure that deliveries are made according to customer agreements and that the right conditions exist for production. This means that the schedule, brief, and cost estimates are anchored and that delivery takes place based on set deadlines. You drive the implementation of campaigns in both print and digital channels in collaboration with the team.

Your responsibilities include receiving briefs and assignment descriptions, preparing cost estimates, and managing time and resource planning during execution. At the end of the assignment, you also handle invoicing. As a person, you are sensitive, flexible, and curious, with a strong desire to develop. You take great personal responsibility for your own development but are also engaged in developing the role, competencies, tasks, and the organization as a whole, in line with future needs. You are a positive team player who values your external and internal contacts.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you need:

  • Post-secondary relevant education in marketing/communication or equivalent work experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience in production management within the advertising industry.
  • Digital experience from previous roles.

Employment Type: Part-time, fixed-term employment.

Start Date: August/September 2026.
