About the Role

As an SEO Specialist at Rank, you will play a central role in driving and developing our clients' digital presence. Your primary focus will be on SEO and WordPress, where you will work on strengthening clients' organic visibility and developing their websites.

This is an opportunity to step in at an early stage and influence how we work, develop our methods, and shape the digital agency of the future. You will work closely with the company's two owners and have significant opportunities to influence both your own and the company's continued growth. For the right person, there is also the possibility of eventually taking on a leadership role within our marketing team. Here, you will have the chance to work with companies in many different industries, ensuring that no two days are alike. You will have significant responsibility, be involved in strategic decisions, and have the opportunity to grow alongside a expanding team.

Your Main Responsibilities

• Continuously work with SEO to increase clients' organic visibility on Google
• Build, develop, and maintain websites in WordPress
• Analyze data, identify areas for improvement, and provide recommendations
• Send regular reports with analysis, results, and proposed actions
• Participate in client meetings and present insights, results, and strategic recommendations
• Collaborate with colleagues to create the best possible results for our clients

• Create, optimize, and monitor Google Ads campaigns with a focus on results and profitability
• Create, optimize, and monitor Meta Ads campaigns

We are looking for someone who

• Has good experience with SEO
• Has good experience with WordPress
• Understands how landing pages, structure, and user experience affect conversions
• Has an analytical approach and enjoys working in a data-driven manner
• Is confident in client interactions and can clearly explain results and recommendations
• Has basic knowledge of web hosting and server management
• Is structured, self-motivated, and takes ownership of your projects
• Has a curious, solution-oriented, and humble attitude
• Speaks and writes fluent Swedish and English

You have at least one year of professional experience in SEO. Experience working at a media agency is a plus. Experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads is also a plus, but not a requirement.
