Are you excellent at providing great service and administration? We are looking for a temporary rental coordinator!

One of our skilled rental coordinators will be working on other tasks within the company for a while, so we need to appoint a substitute for our team of rental coordinators at Olskrokstorget this autumn. You will support tenants in the rental process and become the first important point of contact many have with Poseidon.

Poseidon is on a very important journey together with the city of Gothenburg – among other things by producing new, high-quality rental apartments, which creates new opportunities for housing and moving chains throughout the city.

This is where you come into the picture, as the first point of contact for many new tenants. You will be part of a team that initially guides and supports through the rental process, contributing to a successful move-in. You will also support our existing tenants with questions regarding rentals, such as subletting, relocation, or taking over contracts. You will also work with relocations in connection with property renovations.

The role involves close collaboration with our five districts. Other parties you will collaborate with include Boplats Göteborg and our sister companies within the Framtiden Group. Here, you will become an important cog in the machine, working alongside friendly and proactive colleagues who work together as a team.

Proactive, a good listener, and organized

We are looking for someone who is proactive and outgoing, and who thrives on guiding others and providing good service. You are easy to work with, a good listener, clear in your communication, and enjoy working independently. A prerequisite is that you enjoy administrative work.

It is an advantage if you have experience from the real estate industry, preferably as a rental coordinator, and some knowledge of rental law. Conditions

The position of rental coordinator is an 11-month temporary assignment starting in the autumn, with the possibility of extension.
