Here, you will play a central role in coordinating and following up on deliveries throughout the entire supply chain. About the role
As a Logistics Administrator, you are responsible for coordinating and following up on deliveries throughout the entire supply chain – from order to execution. You work closely with customers, carriers, and internal functions to ensure that deliveries are carried out according to agreement and with high quality.
The role involves a proactive approach where you identify deviations, coordinate actions, and ensure that the right information reaches the right recipient at the right time. You also contribute to developing working methods and creating efficient flows together with your colleagues.
Your responsibilities
In the role, you will among other things:
- Be the primary contact person for customers in daily work.
- Collaborate with carriers regarding bookings, follow-up, and deviation management.
- Ensure quality in incoming order flows and handle any deviations.
- Plan and coordinate deliveries based on transport agreements and the company's requirements.
- Follow up on deliveries throughout the entire supply chain and ensure that all steps are carried out as planned.
- Register and follow up on deviations and communicate solutions with relevant parties.
- Actively contribute to improvement work and the development of working methods and processes.
- Collaborate with the Team Lead to ensure set goals and KPIs.
Your background
We are looking for you who have experience in logistics and have previously worked with delivery planning, delivery coordination, or in a similar operational role.
You have a good understanding of logistics flows and are accustomed to coordinating several activities in parallel without losing focus on quality or customer service.
It is an advantage if you have post-secondary education in logistics or supply chain.
