We are now strengthening our sales organization and are looking for a Customer Relations Manager with a focus on business development who wants to take an active role in developing our business within the factory and contracting segments. Here, you will have the opportunity to work in a varied and business-oriented role where you combine new customer acquisition with the development of existing customer relationships.

About the role

As a Customer Relations Manager, you will become an important part of Alucrom's sales team. You will work both operationally and strategically to identify new business opportunities, develop existing customers, and create long-term collaborations.

You are responsible for the entire business process – from identifying business opportunities and establishing new customer contacts to quotation work, contract negotiations, and follow-up. The role involves close collaboration with colleagues in sales, production, and other parts of the business to ensure high quality and long-term customer relationships.

Your main responsibilities

  • Process and develop both new and existing customers within our business segments
  • Identify and drive new business opportunities within industry and contracting
  • Actively work on finding and following up on contracting projects
  • Conduct customer visits, prepare quotations, and negotiate business agreements
  • Build long-term customer relationships and strengthen Alucrom's market position
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team and other parts of the organization to create the best solutions for our customers
  • Contribute to increased sales, profitability, and continued growth.

We would like you to have:

  • Experience in B2B sales, business development, or technical sales
  • Documented experience in developing new business and long-term customer relationships
  • Experience from industrial, construction, contracting, or related operations is an advantage
  • Good communication skills and experience in negotiating and presenting business solutions
  • Valid driver's license (Category B)
