Senior B2B Sales Representative – SaaS

WorkMirror helps small and medium-sized enterprises gain better control over their operations through smart digital solutions for, among other things, driving logs and vehicle administration. The service is currently used by thousands of companies in Sweden and Norway, and we are now expanding our efforts on the Swedish market.

We are looking for an experienced B2B sales professional who wants to drive our continued growth. Here, you will have the opportunity to make an impact, take significant ownership, and develop alongside a company with high ambitions.

About the Role

As a Senior B2B Sales Representative at WorkMirror, you are responsible for the entire sales process – from initial contact to closing the deal.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Prospecting new customers through outbound sales via phone, LinkedIn, and digital campaigns
  • Conducting digital customer meetings and product demonstrations
  • Managing and developing incoming leads
  • Working systematically in CRM with pipeline management, follow-ups, and forecasts
  • Building long-term customer relationships and creating new business opportunities
  • Contributing to the development of WorkMirror’s sales strategy and working methods

Who We Are Looking For

  • Several years of experience in successful B2B sales
  • Experience with SaaS sales or other subscription-based services
  • Accustomed to a high pace of activity and call volume
  • Enjoy prospecting, booking meetings, and creating new business
  • Self-motivated, structured, and results-oriented
  • Fluent in Swedish, both verbally and in writing
