Nordic Personalkraft is now recruiting a Cold Caller directly for a growing company specializing in roofing, solar cell, and battery solutions.
This is a direct hire position, meaning you will be employed directly by the client company. Nordic Personalkraft manages the entire recruitment process.
About the Role
Do you want to build a successful career in sales while having the opportunity to develop into a Closer with even greater responsibility and higher income?
We are looking for a driven Cold Caller who wants to become part of an ambitious and growing company. In this role, you will contact potential customers via phone and schedule free quotation visits for roof replacements, solar panels, and battery solutions.
You will become a vital part of the company's sales organization, where your performance has a direct impact on both the company's and your own success.
Responsibilities
- Contact potential customers via cold calls.
- Present the company's services in a professional and trustworthy manner.
- Generate interest and persuade customers of the value of a free quotation visit.
- Schedule meetings for the company's sales team.
- To succeed in this role, you are expected to make approximately 200 cold calls per workday.
- Work towards set goals and continuously improve your results.

- Fluent in Swedish (written and spoken).

Merits
- Previous sales experience.
- Experience in telemarketing, appointment setting, or cold calling.
- Experience in customer service or other customer-facing roles.
What Does the Company Offer?
- Guaranteed salary of 15,000 SEK per month.
- Attractive commission structure with no upper salary cap.
- Performance-based bonuses.
- Target salary of 30,000–40,000 SEK per month, excluding holiday pay.
- Two days of intensive onboarding and training.
- Ongoing coaching and development.
- Clear career paths with the opportunity to advance to the role of Closer.
Working Hours
Monday–Friday
10:00–18:00 (45-minute break)
Workplace
The work is primarily performed on-site at the company's office. Remote work may be possible in some cases, but the client company prefers that the work be performed from the office.
Start Date
The planned start date is September 1st, with the possibility of an earlier start for the right candidate.
