About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you are responsible for providing support and service to customers in their daily contact with the business. You handle incoming questions, follow up on cases, and ensure that customers receive fast, correct, and professional assistance. The role involves a proactive work approach where you identify the customer's needs, find solutions, and ensure that the right information reaches the right recipient at the right time. You work closely with both customers and internal functions to create a smooth and positive customer experience.

Your Responsibilities

In the role, you will among other things:

• Be the primary contact person for customers in daily work.
• Handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
• Follow up on customer cases and ensure they are handled in a professional and efficient manner.
• Register and administer information in the company's systems.
• Identify and handle deviations and communicate solutions with relevant parties.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure high service and quick solutions.
• Actively contribute to improvement work and the development of routines and working methods.

Your Background

We are looking for you who have experience in customer service, administration, or another service-oriented role where you have had daily contact with customers. You are used to handling several tasks simultaneously, work in a structured manner, and find it easy to prioritize even when the pace is high. Experience working in different business or case management systems is an advantage, but we value your attitude, service spirit, and willingness to develop above all else.
