About the Role
At Perido, we are looking for a Loan Documentation Representative to join an international team within Portfolio Management for our client, a well-known global automotive company. This position is based in Gothenburg.
Your Responsibilities
The role primarily consists of administrative work related to Service Contracts for several international markets.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Administration of service contracts from start to finish
- Activation and adjustment of contracts
- Monthly invoicing
- Follow-up through reporting
- Ensuring correct administration and financial reconciliations
- Daily contact with international markets regarding operational issues
- Contributing to process and workflow improvements
Your Profile
To succeed in this role, we believe you have an aptitude for quickly learning new tasks and systems, becoming self-sufficient after a short introduction. You work in a structured and meticulous manner, taking ownership of your tasks, while maintaining a sharp eye for detail and a strong focus on quality in everything you do.

Qualifications:
- Experience in qualified administrative work
- Proficient in using various systems and quick to learn new IT systems
- Very detail-oriented with a strong eye for accuracy
- Self-motivated and takes responsibility for your tasks without needing continuous guidance
- Strong analytical skills and enjoys problem-solving
- Structured and able to handle repetitive tasks while maintaining high quality
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with international administrative processes
- Experience with business systems or other complex operational systems
- Experience in invoicing, contract management, or order administration
- Experience in process improvement or continuous improvement work
Scope and Start Date
Full-time, consultancy assignment until 2027-03-15. Immediate start.
