About the role
In this international role, you will become part of a department responsible for development, implementation, and back-office activities related to the client's global service agreements. You will work in a team that ensures high quality in contract administration, invoicing, reporting, and ongoing support to market representatives across several international markets.
Our client offers an open and collaborative work environment with a strong focus on personal development. The department consists of two teams that together handle the administration of service agreements in 31 countries across Europe, Asia, and Africa.
This is a full-time consultancy assignment with immediate start, running until December 15, 2026. The position is based in Gothenburg, and the work is performed on-site at the client's premises.
Main responsibilities
- Administer service agreements in the company's systems.
- Activate new agreements and carry out changes and updates.
- Handle monthly invoicing and financial reconciliations.
- Monitor agreements through reports and analyses.
- Serve as the first point of contact for operational questions from international markets.
- Ensure quality and accuracy in administrative processes.
- Identify and contribute to process improvements and efficiencies.
- Participate in the development and implementation of changes in systems and working methods.
About you
We are looking for someone who is meticulous, structured, and enjoys repetitive administrative tasks. You have an eye for detail and are motivated by working in an international environment with many points of contact. You are self-reliant and take responsibility for your work while being a team player who contributes to positive collaboration within the team. Furthermore, you are curious, solution-oriented, and have an interest in developing processes and working methods.
Qualifications:
- Post-secondary education in administration, business economics, or equivalent experience.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in a similar administrative role.
- Experience working with complex administrative processes and systems.
- Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite and data analysis.
- Fluent English, both spoken and written.
- Experience working in an international environment or in close collaboration with international stakeholders is an advantage.
