We are now looking for a Social Media Specialist who wants to help develop NetOnNet's presence in social media and strengthen our brand on both the Swedish and Norwegian markets. About the role
As a Social Media Specialist, you will drive and develop NetOnNet's presence and agenda in social channels on both the Swedish and Norwegian markets. Among other things, you will:

• Develop, own, and execute strategies and tactics for NetOnNet's presence in social media in close collaboration with the rest of the marketing department.
• Be responsible for content planning and channel strategy.
• Drive and optimize our paid social activities.
• Be responsible for collaborations with partners within influencer marketing.
• Plan and execute social media campaigns.
• Follow up and analyze results from implemented activities.
• Ensure that content and communication strengthen both brand and sales.

The role is part of our Brand & Marketing team and reports to the Sales & Marketing Director. You will work closely with our Junior Content Creator/Producer, the marketing department, and other parts of our commercial team and organization.

You have a genuine interest in social media and keep yourself continuously updated regarding new platforms, trends, and formats. At the same time, you have the ability to turn ideas into activities that create real impact. To succeed in the role, you are structured, have good organizational skills, and are accustomed to prioritizing correctly between different initiatives to create the greatest possible business benefit.

We also believe that you love content creation and feel equally comfortable in front of the camera as behind it. We place great emphasis on personal qualities.

To succeed in the role of Social Media Specialist at NetOnNet, we would like you to have:

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within social media marketing or equivalent.
• Education in social media marketing or equivalent.
• Good understanding of paid social and digital marketing.
• Experience in following up, analyzing, and turning results into concrete improvement measures.
• Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Good knowledge of the Adobe Suite and the ability to produce simpler content if needed.

We consider it a merit if you have:

• Experience from e-commerce, retail, or other commercial operations.
• Knowledge of Norwegian, both spoken and written.
• Knowledge in copywriting/graphic design.
• Experience in presenting results and analyses to different parts of the organization.
