We at Asta Agency are collaborating with AVL MTC in this recruitment process. This is a consulting assignment with good opportunities for permanent employment at AVL MTC. You will initially be employed by Asta Agency and work as a consultant at AVL MTC.

This is a role for you who want to combine operational recruitment with close collaboration with managers in a business with clear growth goals. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will become an important part of the HR team and be responsible for driving recruitment processes forward, with a particular focus on the operations in Gothenburg where the growth needs are significant, as well as in the rest of Sweden.

You will work according to the company's recruitment strategy and drive the process together with the hiring manager from start to finish, acting as insight-driven, advisory, and challenging in your work. Your responsibilities include managing the job profile, pre-screening, and initial phone interviews. You will act as a close partner to the managers throughout the process, providing follow-up, structure, and feedback. The role is not just about handling recruitments, but also about guiding managers, creating clarity, and ensuring that processes maintain pace and quality.

In addition to operational recruitment work, there is an opportunity to contribute more broadly within employer branding and various HR-related projects.

Additionally, you have:

• Experience working closely with hiring managers and other stakeholders

• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

• Interest in understanding and recruiting for technical roles

Meritorious experience:

• Experience from a recruitment agency

• Experience recruiting for technical or engineering-related roles

• Interest in, or experience with, employer branding

• Start: August

• Location: Gothenburg

• Scope: Full-time

• Salary: According to agreement
